Meet Anita

I’m Anita Bean - an award-winning Registered Nutritionist (AfN-accredited), author of more than 30 books, and former British Bodybuilding Champion. With over 30 years’ experience in sports and exercise nutrition, I help athletes, coaches, and active adults translate complex science into clear, practical strategies that boost performance and wellbeing.

I’ve worked with organisations including the British Olympic Association, London Marathon, and Swim England - all driven by one goal: to make evidence-based nutrition simple, accessible, and effective for everyone.
