I have written 30 books on nutrition and fitness, including The Complete Guide to Sports Nutrition, The Vegan Athlete’s Cookbook, The Vegetarian Athlete’s Cookbook, The Runner’s Cookbook, Food For Fitness and Nutrition For Young Athletes – and contributed to many others written by other authors, including Tom Kerridge’s Lose Weight & Get Fit and Fitter, The Ultimate Trail Running Handbook by Claire Maxted and Happier, Healthier by Kate Ferdinand. I am available for writing books; contributing chapters; and consulting on and reviewing the nutrition content of books.
