I have written 28 books on nutrition and fitness – including The Complete Guide to Sports Nutrition, The Vegetarian Athlete’s Cookbook, The Runner’s Cookbook, Food For Fitness and Nutrition For Young Athletes – and contributed to many others written by other authors, including Tom Kerridge’s Lose Weight & Get Fit and Fitter, Happier, Healthier by Kate Ferdinand. I am available for writing books; contributing chapters; and consulting on and reviewing the nutrition content of books.
